I started my career in 2021 at Cliken Web Pro as a webmaster assistant, before becoming a web integrator six months later. This first experience allowed me to gain solid skills in Drupal mockup integration (Drupal 7, then Drupal 9 and 10) and in managing client requests and updates after project delivery.
I also learned to master the key steps of website deployment, from using command lines to managing DNS zones for domains. Over time, my responsibilities expanded to include:
- Management and configuration of domain names and client email accounts
- Troubleshooting email issues
- Internal IT infrastructure management
- Implementation of specific requests on Drupal
These assignments helped me develop my technical expertise, ensure client satisfaction, and actively contribute to company projects.
