MVB Automobile is a project carried out in collaboration with the Cliken Web Pro agency, located in Limonest.
As a web integrator, I was responsible for the integration of the graphic mockup designed by our web designers. I also communicated directly with the client to manage the retrieval of their domain name, allowing the site to be launched on it.
Creating the MVB Automobile website: a complete web integration project under Drupal 9
The MVB Automobile project is one of my most comprehensive works in terms of web integration and front-end development under Drupal 9. The garage, specialized in vehicle rental and sales, wanted a modern, clear, and efficient website to showcase its services, available vehicles, and facilitate contact. My role was to ensure the full integration of the site, strictly following the mockup provided by the design team and delivering a faithful and professional result.
Development of custom Twig templates
One of the main challenges of the project was creating a custom content type to efficiently manage vehicle listings. To meet these specific requirements, I designed and developed custom Twig templates, adapted to the design constraints and expected functionalities. This approach allowed me to obtain a clear, scalable structure fully integrated with the existing Drupal theme.
Working on the templates included fine-tuning the display of fields (price, mileage, photos, options, engine type), dynamic block formatting, as well as optimizing the HTML hierarchy to ensure smooth reading for both users and search engines.
Faithful and performant front-end integration
The complete site integration was carried out in strict accordance with the provided mockups. Each section was designed to offer an enjoyable and intuitive navigation while reinforcing the garage's credibility and visual identity. I worked with HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript to ensure a smooth, responsive result compatible with all modern browsers.
Special attention was given to performance: image optimization, DOM structuring, intelligent reuse of components, and reduction of unnecessary requests. These best practices helped improve the overall site loading speed, an essential criterion in any professional project.
SEO optimization and technical best practices
The MVB Automobile website was also designed with natural referencing (SEO) in mind. I structured the content and tags according to recommended SEO standards: hierarchical headings, optimized texts, coherent metadata, and proper use of alt attributes for images. This optimization helps increase the garage's visibility and improve its ranking for local searches related to car sales and rentals.
Through this project, I was able to apply my skills in Drupal integration, Twig template creation, and front-end optimization, while delivering a reliable, elegant, and sustainable website. MVB Automobile now represents a concrete example of my expertise as a Drupal-specialized web integrator.
