AVA is a website created in one week during my DUT Métiers du Multimédia et de l'Internet at Le Puy-en-Velay. It was a group project where we had to create a fictional manufactured product and develop its website, including mockups and coding. The product we imagined was a connected suitcase capable of tracking its owner via a smart bracelet. Within this team of five people—three graphic designers, one Back-End developer, and one Front-End developer (me)—I played a central role in the technical realization of the project.
A complete project combining UX, mockups, and development
Thanks to close collaboration with the graphic designers, I was able to integrate modern, immersive mockups consistent with the product’s universe. My goal was to create a smooth user experience while adhering to web standards and best integration practices. I developed the interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring clear, responsive, and accessible navigation.
Front-end development and product showcase
As the Front-End developer of the project, I implemented animations, dynamic interactions, and sections designed to present the product in its best light. The entire site was designed to showcase the features of the connected suitcase, strengthen its visual identity, and give the impression of a real product, despite its fictional nature.
A professional and formative exercise
The AVA Journey project was an excellent professional simulation. It allowed me to develop my ability to work in a team, meet tight deadlines, and deliver a complete website from concept to launch. This experience enhanced my skills in web integration, project management, and user-oriented interface design—skills I now apply in my web integration and front-end development projects.
