Creation and Modification of Websites (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP), Implementation of Custom Features (GDPR, Bing Maps, Google Analytics), and Tailor-Made Website Redesigns.
During my work-study at Adjectif, a communication agency based in Lyon, I had the opportunity to strengthen my web integrator and front-end developer skills by working with an expert, multidisciplinary team. Specialized in communication and particularly active in the real estate sector, the agency is organized into several complementary departments: web, digital marketing, events, print, and signage, supporting companies in projects ranging from brand strategy to the creation of digital and visual assets.
Web integration and front-end development
Within the web department, I contributed to the creation and redesign of several websites for real estate developers, agencies, and other actors in the Lyon market. These projects allowed me to apply my HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills, while following a rigorous, performance-oriented methodology. Integrating design mockups accurately according to designers’ expectations was one of my main responsibilities, with constant attention to usability, smooth navigation, and SEO optimization.
Redesign, optimization, and user experience
My role also involved redesigning existing websites, a task that requires both solid technical understanding and a real sensitivity to user experience. I contributed to improving existing structures: reorganizing sections, enhancing responsive design, optimizing loading times, and updating content according to client needs. Each intervention aimed to make websites more modern, high-performing, and better suited to current user habits.
Integrated features and tools
In parallel, I implemented various modules and features essential for today’s web projects. This included adding GDPR-compliant forms, integrating dynamic maps via Bing Maps, setting up tracking systems with Google Analytics, and creating templates for MailJet. These tasks helped me understand the challenges of interactivity, performance tracking, and digital communication more broadly.
An experience that strengthened my skills
This experience at Adjectif enhanced my versatility and my ability to work in a fast-paced project environment. It also reinforced my desire to grow within a motivated team, where I could continue contributing my web integration expertise and help develop modern, high-performing, user-focused interfaces.
